Scope

These terms apply to event ticket sales, venue and artist information, news and all related services. Ticket purchases are also governed by the Distance Sales Agreement.

Account and Registration

Some services may require account creation. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. You must keep your account credentials confidential and report any unauthorised use.

Acceptable Use

You may use the platform only in a lawful manner and in accordance with these terms. Prohibited conduct includes: false information, fraud, distributing malicious software, unauthorised access to systems, infringing others' rights.

Content and Intellectual Property

Texts, images, logos and software on the site are owned by EventSeat or licensors. Unauthorised copying, distribution or commercial use is prohibited.

Ticket Sales

Ticket purchases are subject to the Distance Sales Agreement and relevant event terms. Prices, cancellation and refund conditions are displayed before purchase.

Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is". Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. The seller is not liable for indirect damages (data loss, business loss, etc.). Statutory liability remains unaffected.

Account Termination

Your account may be suspended or closed in case of violation. You may also close your account at any time.

Changes

These terms may be amended. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Applicable Law

German law applies. The competent court for disputes is the seller's place of business. EU consumers may refer to the courts of their country of residence.
